NOVI, Mich., March 4, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Cooper-Standard Holdings Inc. (NYSE: CPS), the parent company of Cooper-Standard Automotive Inc. ("Cooper Standard"), today announced the appointment of Roger Hendriksen as director investor relations, effective immediately. In this newly created role, Hendriksen will be responsible for further developing Cooper Standard's investor relations function and leading the Company's interface with the financial and investment community.

Hendriksen has more than 25 years of business experience, including roles in corporate finance, marketing and more than 13 years leading the investor relations function at publicly traded companies.
Prior to joining Cooper Standard, Hendriksen was president and principal at IRonStreet Consulting. Previously, Hendriksen led the investor relations function at Jaguar Mining, Inc., Massey Energy Company and Cooper Tire & Rubber Company.
Hendriksen earned a master's degree in international management from the Thunderbird School of Global Management and bachelor's degrees in economics and political science from the University of Utah.
