Cooper Standard's Foluke Houston, senior manager, global talent acquisition, was recently named to AutoSuccess’ third-annual class of Women at the Wheel honorees. The Women at the Wheel award recognizes women in the automotive industry who are game changers in their field — sparking change and driving results.

Houston joined Cooper Standard in 2021. In her current role, she utilizes her all-inclusive background to champion strategy development for full-cycle recruiting and to develop customized diversity/inclusion/equity/belonging strategies and programming. Active in her local community, Houston supports and champions a number of community and professional organizations, such as National Urban League Young Professionals, Human Resources Practitioners of Color, National Black MBA Association, Junior League, SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management) and others.
