With a strong tradition of manufacturing excellence spanning over 60 years, Cooper Standard consistently delivers high quality products and services to its customers.

Each year, the Company conducts its annual Diamond Plant analysis to recognize its top performing plants while reinforcing manufacturing excellence and its mission, “Be the First Choice of the Stakeholders We Serve.” This internal program employs a comprehensive point system to evaluate performance across operational categories, ensuring that every manufacturing facility adheres to the highest standards of excellence. Plants are scored on several key operational metrics in 14 critical operational categories, including customer satisfaction, employee performance, manufacturing excellence, and community and supplier relations.

The Diamond Plant program categorizes manufacturing facilities into four distinct levels as they meet established benchmarks: Silver; Gold; Platinum; and Diamond. Each level represents a different threshold of performance, with Diamond status reserved for the best of the best. Achieving Diamond status is a testament to the facility’s ability to deliver outstanding results across all operational metrics. The program aligns with our commitment to excellence and continued accountability in prioritizing safety, quality, customer service and financial commitments.

For the 2024 calendar year, Cooper Standard recognized a record 22 facilities as Diamond Plants for their outstanding performance. Another 20 plants earned either Silver, Gold, or Platinum status and are on the Diamond maturity path. We would like to congratulate the Diamond Plants below for their outstanding achievement.
