With a legacy spanning more than 60 years, Cooper Standard has built a strong reputation for manufacturing excellence and a commitment to delivering high-quality, innovative solutions. Today, Cooper Standard stands as a leading global supplier of sealing and fluid handling technologies, leveraging expertise in materials science and advanced manufacturing to develop sustainable, engineered solutions for a wide range of transportation and industrial applications.
To reinforce its dedication to world-class manufacturing, Cooper Standard recognizes top-performing facilities through its internal Diamond Plant Program. This performance-based recognition evaluates plants across 14 operational categories using a structured point system. Facilities that meet defined performance benchmarks earn Silver, Gold, Platinum, or Diamond status, with Diamond representing the highest level of performance.
Each manufacturing facility is measured against key metrics, which increase each year, aligned with Cooper Standard’s mission to Be the First Choice of the Stakeholders We Serve. These include delivering outstanding customer satisfaction through quality, successful product launches, and on-time delivery; strengthening employee performance through safety, attendance, retention, and labor efficiency; and demonstrating excellence for investors through margin growth, lean savings, inventory optimization, and waste elimination. Performance also reflects Cooper Standard’s ongoing commitment to suppliers and the communities in which we operate.
In 2025, 21 facilities achieved Diamond Plant status, with an additional 25 plants currently on the path toward this distinction. We proudly congratulate the following Diamond Plants on reaching this exceptional milestone:
