Cooper Standard continues its strong sustainability trajectory by once again earning Silver Medal Status from EcoVadis, a leading global provider of business sustainability ratings. This marks the Company’s ninth consecutive year receiving an EcoVadis medal and its eighth silver distinction, reflecting a consistent, long-term commitment to responsible business practices.
This year, Cooper Standard’s score rose to 71, placing the Company in the 85th percentile and within the top 15% of more than 150,000 companies evaluated by EcoVadis over the past 12 months. Our consecutive annual results highlight the Company’s continued progress across key sustainability priorities, which include making positive changes to minimize environmental impact, focusing on operational excellence and employee well-being, and upholding high ethical standards.
EcoVadis, whose mission is to advance global sustainability, assesses companies across over 250 industries and 185 countries. Its internationally recognized ratings are grounded in standards such as the UN Global Compact, International Labour Organization (ILO) conventions, and Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) frameworks. Each company’s performance is evaluated across four core themes: Environment, Labor and Human Rights, Ethics, and Sustainable Procurement.
